Q: How do you take payments?
 A: We take PayPal and all major credit cards.  Your payment information is handled safely.

 Q: Is it possible to change or cancel my order after I've placed it?
 A: Please send us an email right away at contact@urbanaglow.shop with your order number.  We'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations if your order hasn't shipped yet.

 Q: What is the cost of shipping?
 A: All orders get free standard shipping.

 Q: How long does it take to get there?
 A: Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and usually arrive in 5–10 business days in the U.S.  Delivery times to other countries may be different.

 Q: Do you give tracking information?
 A: Yes!  You will get an email with a tracking link after your order ships.

 Refunds and Returns

 Q: How do you handle returns?
 A: You can return things within 90 days of getting them if they are still in their original packaging and have not been used or washed.

 Q: What do refunds mean?
 A: We'll give you a refund to the same payment method you used to buy the item within 7 business days of receiving and checking it.

 Q: Is it possible to trade something?
 A: Yes, please email contact@urbanaglow.shop to set up an exchange.

 A: We try our best to show colors and images that are true to life, but the settings on your screen may make them look a little different.
