We at urbanaglow believe in the quality of our products.  This Warranty Policy tells you what you can do and what we have to do if you buy something from urbanaglow.shop that is broken or not working right.

 This warranty covers any items you buy from urbanaglow that have defects in the way they were made or that were damaged while they were being shipped.

 The warranty is good for 90 days after the item is delivered.

 Things that got broken on the way to you.

 Wear and tear that is normal.

 4. How to File a Warranty Claim

 Email us at contact@urbanaglow.shop within 90 days of getting your order.

 Send in your order number, a description of the problem, and pictures of the damage or defect.

 We will look over your claim and let you know what to do next.

 5. The end

 If your warranty claim is approved, we will do the following at our discretion:

 Fix or replace the broken or damaged item for free, or

 Within seven business days, give a refund to the method of payment you used.
